I love Margaret Fulton. My beautiful late grandma taught me to cook when I was very small. First she would let me taste and/or feel the raw ingredients, then get me to compare them to their cooked counterparts. She always told me that the rumor was that was how Margaret Fulton taught small kids or beginners. I'm not sure if that's true but I'd love to believe it was. That is how I'm teaching my own kids and I've since inherited Grandmas copies of Margaret Fulton cookbooks and they are my culinary bibles. She has and always will follow us from house to house like some peoples religious relics! My favourite recipe from Margaret Fulton has to be her fruitcake. It has never failed me!

Not to mention my late grandfathers (yes two of them on maternal and paternal sides) loved collecting stamps and passed that obsession on to both myself and my kids! Thanks for the opportunity xxx
